TO OUR PATIENTS
During the unprecedented COVID-19 pandemic, we are taking steps to protect the health of our patients and staff. We are offering urgent care during this difficult time and making sure that you and our staff are safe by sanitizing and keeping safe distance by making sure patients are put in sanitized exam rooms upon arrival.
We are also offering Telehealth video services at this time for your convenience. Certain insurances allow this type of visit. Some insurance including Medicare, Medicaid, Medicaid MCO Plans, Passport, Anthem and Aetna also allow this type of visit to be telephone call only if you do not have access to video technology.
Please be aware that telehealth visits may not be adequate for our physicians to accurately diagnose and/or treat your problem and follow-up in-office visit may be needed.
We ask that that people at higher risk for severe disease, serious chronic medical conditions (such as heart disease, lung disease, or diabetes) that can wait to be seen till after COVID-19 pandemic to do so.
If you are experiencing fever, cough, shortness of breath, and breathing difficulties please contact your primary care physician or the COVID-19 Hotline (800) 722-5725.
